Tortellini: Filled home made pasta (meat) with broth or cream.
Tortelloni: Filled home made pasta (ricotta cheese and spinach) with **Butter and Sage or with **Mushrooms or with Ragù sauce.
Ravioli: Filled pasta (pumpkin puree) with Ragù sauce or **Butter and Balsamic vinegar
Tortelli: Filled pasta (ricotta cheese and radish) with Bacon Radish and Balsamic vinegar
**Penne: with Tomato, chili pepper, garlic and parsley

**"Gnocco e Tigelle" is the most typical meal you can sample in our restaurant.
The dough used to prepare this traditional dish is similar to bread but Gnocco is fried and Tigelle are cooked in a special oven. Both are eaten with cold cuts (Prosciutto, Salame, Mortadella exc.) and **cheese.
You can order this dish as an appetizer to share, as main course or as second course.
